Up until July 2002 Richard was homeless. He carried all his possessions on his bicycle and in his backpack. He'd travel to soup kitchen and shelter and to a few homes of people involved in the anti-women movement. In June he registered to vote at 909 W. 14th St. N and claimed the phone number 265-0203. That address and phone number actually belong to Carson and Melissa Keller who registered to vote after Jacobson in July. Richard still claims that address and phone number as his but in the Wichita phone directory the Keller's claim that information as theirs. Clearly Jacobson is just using that address as a means to run for office as a stealth candidate. According to campaign laws Richard just needs to live at that address the day he

filed for his candidacy. So it would look as if the Keller's simply had Jacobson stay, or at least claim to, at that residence for the sole purpose to fool the voting population.

Jacobson's flyer also says that he intends on passing legislation to protect "unborn children." Certainly he will try. He is so committed to outlawing abortion he signed a statement admitting that he supports the use of violence, including murder, to stop abortion. That makes him not much different than the terrorists who bombed Oklahoma City and New York City. The only differences being Jacobson loves and respects the American flag. Sorry, I'm mistaken. There are pictures of him using the American flag as a means to clean the spit from his trumpet. Sorry we didn't get any of him blowing his nose on the flag but he has been seen doing it. Spit, snot what difference is it to someone who respects the flag as much as he respects the laws of Kansas.

We probably won't hear much about Jacobson during this election campaign. It is probably best for his campaign to avoid the public spotlight. Stealth candidates often avoid media exposure because they bring the awful truth to the forefront. And when you are a fascist stealth candidate like Richard Jacobson that hurts your chances for election.

This important newsbit was brought to us by one of our fans. It appears Wichita isn't the only home to Richard Jacobson. In the Hannibal Courier Post (4/25/02) Richard got his pic and a little byline. One of those newspaper fill spots but there he is with his trumpet. He told the reporter that he is employed in Quincy, Illinois. Having registered for candidacy in June it is very questionable that he lived in his precinct for the necessary 45 days required before applying for office. In any case is living in the 92nd precinct for two months a good qualification to represent those citizens? What does he care, he's only interested in promoting his religion in office anyway.

Another update: According to the Wichita Eagle (10/25/02) Jacobson renounced his American citizenship with the Wichita Municipal Court in 1993. Therefore, by his own admittance he hates America (explains his use of the flag) and is unqualified for candidacy. The Wichita Eagle gave its nomination for the 92nd precinct to Nile Dilmore, for obvious reasons.

The Wichita Eagle reported more information on 10/27/02. Apparently the antis lied about Jacobson being fined $1000 for his previous arrest. The Eagle reported he was

fined merely $300. He also has a court order which states that he must stay at least 1000 feet away from any medical facility performing abortions. The Maggot Punks have many photos of him violating this court order. The exaggeration may have been to induldge their claims of persecution by the government. The Eagle reports that he is 58 years old, divorced and has one daughter. He claims a Bachelor's degree in math and computer science from the University of Northern Colorado. He ran for mayor of Wichita in 1993 finishing a miserable fifth in the primary. As a result he threw a temper tantrum and withdrew his American citizenship. What a sore loser. He admits he doesn't know how to do anything in regards to the office he desires to attain, which isn't surprising considering his behavior at the clinic reveals slight mental retardation. I apologize to all mentally disabled people by putting him in your category as most mentally disabled people can hold a job and are honest.

Jacobson was furious with the Eagle's factual reporting of his fraudulent activity. He fired back a muddled response:

"The article "Freshman faces novice in District 92" (Oct. 26 Local & State) made the illegitimate claim that I specifically moved into the 92nd District to run for the Kansas House of Representatives. I had been living in the 92nd District several months before I even heard about the election."

Obviously this is untrue since two months before filing for office he was living in Illinois, and the address he moved into was already occupied. Regardless of the facts the election results are in and Jacobson lost by a landslide. His opponent won 61% of the vote to Jacobson's 31%. The Maggot Punks would like to take some credit for this victory but the truth is any non-inbred person who hasn't dropped out of elementary school wouldn't vote for Jacobson.
